Both 1 and 2 bedroom suites are available for the discounted rate of $119 and $199/night, respectively, by mentioning the Ellenberger/Glaza wedding when booking your room. The hotel is located within 5 miles of where the ceremony will be held at War Memorial Park (directions to the ceremony from the hotel).
I (Jon) took a visit to the hotel that we chose to register for the wedding today and I was really impressed with what I saw. The value to cost ratio for the rooms was well beyond that of other places in the immediate area. The being said, it wasn't the cheapest place per-night but, I think the extra $20 per night will be money well spent. Here's some of the highlights:
- Heated indoor pool & hot-tub
- Small in-house workout room but you can go to the full-sized gym next door for free by showing your room key at the front desk
- Outdoor basketball court
- Free wireless (in lounge)/wired (in rooms) internet access
- Free full breakfast buffet each morning
- Spacious suite rooms (includes kitchen, sitting area complete with couch/chairs/TV)
- Choice of Studio Suite, 1 or 2-bedroom suite.
- Pets are welcome.
In the studio rooms/1 bedroom suites you could easily sleep 3 people comfortably (2 on the bed and 1 on the couch) and in the 2-bedroom suite 5 people could be easily accommodated. If you want to bring sleeping bags there's ample space for a few more people on the floor.
The staff was also super-friendly and I think you'll be happy if you choose to stay there.
